Joya's Garden Studio
Joya's Studio is a cozy little studio on the top level of a two-story house, located in the traditional Kefalonian village Sarlata, set on a hill near the airport with amazing sea and mountain views.
The studio is on the first floor giving it fantastic views of the sunset from the veranda. The views of the front terrace include a clear view of the beautiful Ionian Sea, as well as a wide-angle view of the airport runway. Planes taking off and landing provide interesting activities to watch while their noise barely reaches the interior of the studio.
The accommodation consists of a room with two single beds, one sofa-bed, a kitchenette (with fridge, electric stove, coffee maker, boiler, toaster) and a spacious bathroom with a washing machine.
The big veranda is shared with the apartment next door. There is a small private veranda through the kitchenette with views of the mountain.
Joya's Garden Little Farm Cottage
A little private cottage with its own entrance at the border of the village of Sarlata.
The cottage is fully equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom and a large room that can accommodate up to three people. It is quiet and cozy with its private front yard enjoying the shade the old vine produces with private parking and it enjoys views of orange trees and fig trees.
Guests can have easy access to near famous crystal-clear sandy beaches such as Avithos, Spasmata , Minies and Ammes beach.
